Terms & Conditions

1. All sales are final.

Classes, sessions, workshops and digital products purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason unless conditions mentioned in p. 2.

2. 24-hour cancellation and change policy.

Single classes and sessions may be rescheduled without loss of payment, provided at least 24 hours notice is given, with the exception of (class) series and workshops in group. In case of cancellation or change within 24 hours without a valid reason or no-show, the lesson or session is non-refundable or transferable. In case of a valid reason, such as illness or other emergency, the class or session may be rescheduled to a later date. Cancellations must be communicated by email.

3. Class series and workshops.

Missed classesand sessions within (class) series and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for absence.

4. Retreats.

4.1. Cancellation by the participant.

For cancellation less than 15 calendar days before the start date, there is no refund.
For cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the start date, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded minus an administration fee of 30 eur.
For cancellations more than 30 days before the start date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded minus an administration fee of 30 eur.

4.2. Cancellation by the organisation.

In case of force majeure (such as pandemics, natural disasters, illness or other unforeseen circumstances) we reserve the right to reschedule the retreat. In that case, the participant can choose an alternative date.
The organisation is not liable for any other costs incurred by the participant, such as travel expenses.

4.3. Transfer of participation.

If a participant is unable to participate, the place may be transferred to someone else, as long as this is communicated in written form and approved by the organisation.

5. Start and end time.

The duration of classes, sessions, workshops and retreats will be communicated in advance. If you arrive late or stop midway through the class or session, it will still end at the scheduled time.

6. Liability Waiver.

Clients take full responsibility for their own health and any illness or injury that may occur. Clients cannot and will not hold instructors of YogiBox39 or any employers or affiliates responsible in the case of accident or illness during or after practice.
