Pralaya Yoga @Ferm Ruiselede

Wow, it was soooo heartwarming to receive the engaging and enthusiastic responses from the ladies of FERM Ruiselede to whom I was allowed to teach Pralaya yoga for over two months!

This confirmed for me that what I do is worthwhile: Pralaya brought deep relaxation, reduced lower back pain.... Wow, so much has happened during that weekly hour then....

Blessed that I got to do this: teach a workshop on "Learning to Unwind" @bsdestempel 🪷

It was the beginning of the ZenZone Project that the school is now building - a space where children (and teachers) can unwind🌱

We will see each other again in the fall for a TRE series and workshops for children😉

So wonderful to see that even in schools - where our children spend so much time, where there is busy learning and living - there is a focus on a healthy nervous system🌱

So our children can grow up to be resilient, balanced adults who can deal with the challenges of everyday life in a healthy way 🌸🙏
