TRE® Sessions & Workshops

Are you ready to allow yourself a journey to inner peace and well-being? To step by step integrate tensions and the aftermath of traumatic events into your system? To stand strong again in your life and remain resilient no matter what?

Discover now which form of counseling best suits you. Sometimes it is appropriate to be coached individually for some time before you can do exercises independently at home. You can also immerse yourself in the TRE® process with a friend, partner, or in a group. In every form of accompaniment I create a safe environment in which you can come to yourself, relax deeply and integrate the sometimes challenging emotions.

I recommend that you have at least 3 sessions in the Initiation Course with a certified TRE® provider (individual or group). This is because the body needs time to become familiar with the process, learn the exercises and develop self-regulation.

Have you already taken your Initiation Course (in group or individual) but find that you need more guidance? You can book an extra session when you need it at the rate of the series or participate in Practice Sessions, where you can deepen your personal TRE process.

What to expect?

• You get a brief introduction to TRE® and background of stress response and survival mechanisms

• You learn 7 simple exercises
• You learn the basics of self-regulation
• You get guidance during and after the session
• You get a booklet with the exercises to work on at home
• Session takes about 90 min
