What is TRE®
TRE® (Tension Releasing Exercises) is an internationally very well known self-help method, developed by Dr. David Berceli, to release deep (chronic) tension and daily stress.
This method consists of 7 accessible exercises. The exercises enable the body and nervous system to activate our natural self-healing ability and release (deep) muscle tension created by shock, stress, anxiety or trauma.
These exercises help relieve stress or trauma, prevent mental burnout, restore balance and build strength.
