-Prepare for Classes-
-all your yoga classes-
- Make a reservation of your online / offline class at least 48 hours before the class
- If there're any medical conditions ask your doctor for advice
- Let me know about any physical issues before your 1st class
- Yet you don't have to be an Elastic Super Conditioned Super-Hero to join the class or know anything about yoga:))
- Plan to stay for the full duration of the class
- Take your yoga mat and at least 2 yoga blocks (also available at YogiBox39)
- Check in 10 min before your online / offline class
- Switch off your phone
- Take a deep breath and enjoy the class :)
- If you can't make it to the class, please inform me at least 48 hours before the class (cancellation via app Momoyoga / mail). Check YogiBox39's Cancellation Policy.
-online classes-
- Online classes are usually held via Zoom (if it's not an option for you, we'll find a solution, just let me know). You can join via your phone, tablet or computer.
- You get the link, meeting ID and password in your e-mailbox 30 min before the class after the reservation (or you can find it in your booking at Momoyogaapp).
- Download and try the app out (Zoom or other) before your 1st class
- Choose a quiet place where nobody will disturb you during the online class
- Check in 10 min before the class
- Be sure you're are fully in a picture and you can see and hear me clearly
- Plus all the stuff above:)
-location offline classes-
- Group classes (Tuesday classes) are held at KTA Brugge (Rijselstraat 7, 8200 Brugge; Dance Hall 1, 1st floor)
- Private & Own group classes, as well as Saturday classes are held at the YogiBox39 (J. P. Coppietersdreef 39, 8200 Bruges, Belgium), unless another location is specified
- When the weather is nice, private & private group classes can take place in the garden
- Free parking is available
-COVID regulations offline classes-
- A CO2 meter is provided
- Blocks and mats are disinfected after each class
- Be sure there's 1,5 m between you and your yoga buddy
- Wear a mask when you enter the building (not necessary during the class)
- Use your own yoga mat and blocks if possible
- Disinfect your hands before and after the class
- Use your Yogi Pass or pay via Bancontact, Payconiq or via bank transfer
- Stay at home if you're not feeling well and keep safe!
